    Cancellation Watch:

    Struggling to find an appointment?

    Please add yourself to the cancellation watch (add which treatment you are looking for) this will then let me know what you're looking for. 

    Once on the list you will be sent a text message as soon as a free appointment becomes available for the day/s you're looking for. 

    Booking in Advance:

    I would highly recommend booking your appointments in advance to avoid disappointment. 

    Did you know, you can pre book your appointments online 12 months in advance! Why wait...BOOK NOW!!  

    Cancellation Policy:

    Please give 24hours notice if you're needing to reschedule your appointments.

    Any appointments cancelled within 24hours will incur a 50% charge. 

    All missed appointments will incur a 100% charge. 

    Any payments required will be sent via email upon missing/late cancellation.      

    Gift Vouchers: 
    Are available to buy for any amount or treatment. 
    Collection from in salon or postage may be available. 
    Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. 
    Vouchers must be presented at the time of the appointment. 
    Vouchers are non-refundable and can't be exchanged for cash.
    24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, late cancellations may result in the voucher being void. 
    Gift vouchers can be transferred to another person if you're unable to attend 
    Please note: the treatment location may change within the validity period of the voucher. All vouchers will remain valid and honoured at the new location
