By booking an appointment at The Little Oasis, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Appointments & Booking
All appointments must be booked through the online booking system by yourselves or the little oasis. It is your responsibility to ensure all booking details are correct, including contact information.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Missed Appointments
Please refer to the Booking & Cancellation Policy for full details regarding notice periods, late cancellations, and missed appointments. These charges must be settled before future bookings can be made.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation of your appointment. Full charges may still apply.
Health, Safety & Suitability
It is your responsibility to inform The Little Oasis of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or changes in health that may affect your treatment.
Some treatments may require a patch test or consultation. Failure to attend or disclose relevant information may result in your appointment being cancelled.
The Little Oasis reserves the right to refuse or stop a treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
Patch Testing
Where required, patch tests must be carried out at least 24–48 hours prior to your appointment. Treatments cannot go ahead without a valid patch test where necessary.
Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed on the booking system and are subject to change at any time.
Payments are accepted via cash, card, or bank transfer.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within their expiry date. They cannot be exchanged for cash. 24 hrs notice is required for cancellations or reschedualing, late cancellation may result in the voucher being void.
Please note: the treatment location may change within the validity period of the voucher. All vouchers will remain valid and honoured at the new location.
Right to Refuse Service
The Little Oasis reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behaviour.
Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. The Little Oasis accepts no liability for loss or damage.
Data & Privacy
Your personal information will be kept secure and used only for appointment-related communication, in line with data protection regulations.

These terms and conditions may be updated at any time. The most current version will always be available upon request or via the booking system
